To enroll in a Showtime Fitness membership or participate in any SF10 class or program, you must:
We reserve the right to refuse service or membership to any individual at our sole discretion.
Membership is billed monthly at the rate of $109 per month. Your first month is provided free of charge as a promotional offer. Billing begins on the first day of your second month of membership and recurs on the same date each month thereafter. By enrolling, you authorize Showtime Fitness to charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your membership at any time with no cancellation fee. To cancel, you must notify us in writing via email to support@showtimefitness.com or in person at our facility at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Cancellations received after that window will take effect the following billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for partial months.
The complimentary "first class free" offer is available to new members only and is limited to one free class per person. It is non-transferable and has no cash value. Showtime Fitness reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
Members may request a temporary membership freeze for documented medical reasons or extended travel of 30 days or more. Freeze requests must be submitted in writing to support@showtimefitness.com and are subject to approval. Freeze periods do not count toward billing cycles.
We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing. We will provide at least 30 days written notice of any price increase before it takes effect. Your continued membership after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
All membership fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If a payment fails, we will make reasonable attempts to notify you and retry the charge. Memberships with outstanding balances may be suspended until payment is resolved. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely; by enrolling, you agree to their applicable terms of service.
All content on the Showtime Fitness website and materials, including but not limited to the SF10 name, program methodology, workout structures, logos, graphics, text, and videos, are the intellectual property of Showtime Fitness and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
Participation in fitness activities involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, injury, or in rare cases, serious bodily harm. By participating in any Showtime Fitness class or program, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
You represent and warrant that:
Showtime Fitness coaches provide general fitness instruction and are not licensed medical professionals. Nothing in our programming constitutes medical advice.
As a condition of membership and participation, each member must sign a separate Liability Waiver and Release Agreement prior to their first class. That waiver is incorporated into and made part of these Terms by reference. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the waiver.
Showtime Fitness may photograph or video-record classes and facility activities for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on our website and social media platforms. By participating in classes at our facility, you grant Showtime Fitness a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness in such materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, you must notify us in writing before your first class.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHOWTIME FITNESS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, COACHES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP, PARTICIPATION IN CLASSES, OR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR FACILITIES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total membership fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Showtime Fitness and its owners, employees, coaches, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms, your participation in classes, your use of our facilities, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your membership shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Harris County, Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit with respect to any dispute covered by these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct that is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for prepaid membership fees. You may cancel your membership at any time as described in Section 2.2.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active members of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued membership after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed Liability Waiver, constitute the entire agreement between you and Showtime Fitness with respect to your use of our services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
